DEFINITION OF MEMBER

Definition of Membership “Member” refers to an individual or company who has been approved for membership by the Company and issued a membership number, and is entitled to order the Company’s products under preferential conditions.

MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS AND APPLICATION PROCEDURES

  1. Age is not limited, but minors under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians when applying for membership.
  2. The membership fee is waived, but the applicant must purchase a product worth RMB 50,000. After becoming a member, they will immediately receive a 20% discount on products.
  3. Applicants must be recommended by a current member of the Company, truthfully fill out the application form, and obtain the Company’s approval to become a member and receive a membership number.
  4. The Company requires members to submit a copy of their ID or a copy of their business registration certificate along with the application form, and the information is for the Company’s records only.
  5. Membership is lifelong and entitles members to enjoy the benefits.

MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

  1. Membership status cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or inherited.
  2. Members are not allowed to engage in any behavior that would directly or indirectly induce, intervene, encourage, or in any other way affect the Company’s sales system, solely for the purpose of obtaining preferential product ordering or membership qualifications.
  3. Members are not permitted to use the Company’s trademarks or logos, either directly or indirectly. If members require the use of such marks or logos for personal business purposes, they must submit a written request to the Company for approval. Only after obtaining the Company’s approval can members proceed to use them.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Once a product is sold by the company, it cannot be returned. If members need to exchange a product, they must purchase a product of equal value. The product must be in undamaged condition in order to exchange for any other product.

PROVISIONS

  1. The company reserves the right to reject any application.
  2. The company reserves the right to terminate membership. Once notified, all rights and benefits will be forfeited.
  3. The company reserves the right to revise this policy as needed. Any revisions will be announced separately or communicated to members in another way.
